If you're like
us, you chose to live in Brentwood because of its quiet residential
lifestyle. You made a substantial investment in your property, one
that depends on keeping Brentwood an exceptional community.
We're the Brentwood Homeowners Association, a volunteer group
made up entirely of single-family residential property owners like
you. Since 1946, we’ve been fighting to protect our community
from excessive growth, inappropriate development, traffic gridlock
and environmental threats.
You and Brentwood Homeowners Association can do what an individual
homeowner can't always do. When you come to us for help, we can put
the strength of the Brentwood Homeowners Association to work
for you. Together, we provide a unified and respected front at City
Hall and elsewhere. We know which meetings to attend, when to write
letters (and more importantly, where to send them), and what to say
to whom. We're far stronger than any homeowner acting individually.

Thanks to the
suggestion from our Board that was brought to attention at the BCC
meeting by our President Robert Rene, you can now see "Brentwood"
signs at all the entry points of our neighborhood. If you haven't
noticed them before, please look for them next time you drive around.

our unpaid volunteer homeowners donate thousands of hours each year,
we still have expenses. Besides the cost of running an office and
publishing materials for our members, we sometimes use your dues
to hire professional consultants in such areas as traffic, land
use, architecture or engineering.
